    Can't save your changes right now, try in a while


    Hi I am trying to add one person and it says "Can't save your changes right now, try in a while". Adding works for everyone else but that one person. I recently muted and blocked him but I unmuted him, how do I unblock him or check my blocked list?

    Have you had a chance to try adding your friend here on Xbox.com rather than on your console?

    i try to add a friend and is says can't save your changes try again in a while I try in two days and its still saying it it's not my connection I've taken the power cord out I've deleted my account and got it back I tried adding friends on my other account
    that works so I think its on Xbox here no offense but I've tested my network connection multiplayer connection held the power button for 10 second with no disc and no power cord so it has to be on Microsoft please help.

    Hi jawarrior1,

    To unblock someone you go onto their profile and click onto 'Report or Block' from the list of options that appear you just select 'Unblock' and that profile should no longer be blocked.

    You can also unblock someone by adding them as a friend again....for you to both be able to see each others activities on Xbox you will both have to add each other as friends to see things like: Who's in the persons Party.

    Many say that this problem may be due to the network being congested, so I invite you to check the status of the Xbox servers:

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    If everything is normal for you, then check that your friends list is not full. Try removing someone and then add your friend Haplessglobe118 again to see if they accept it.
