Can't save Snapmatic photos in GTA Online

Whenever I try to save a picture in Gta Online it says:"Snapmatic features are disabled on this account due to eligibility restrictions." Can someone please tell me what this means?

Yes you must go to Rockstar Social Club and link your account to your gamertag. If you have done this already then you need to go into x box privacy setting and able sharing info with 3rd party. One of these should work and you will be snapping away in no
time.
