Can't Save or Share Certain Screenshots

Hi there, Xbox Support Forums!

Problem:

I cannot save or share certain screenshots and footage that I take in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Some pictures I can save and share, but others I can't.

I am trying to conduct a review for the game, and this is really setting back my progress quite a bit, as a whole fraction of the footage and screens I capture simply can't be moved or shared.

Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to solve this issue? Or am I doomed?

Possible Relations:

It's worth mentioning that I received a review copy of TW3 before it was released, and had to use a separate early access key to unlock access to the game. Oddly enough when I launch the game from the main startup screen, it tells me "You're too early, please
wait!" and then gives me the option in checking the Xbox Store to start the game up.

Strangely enough when I start the game up via my pinned apps, it doesn't give me that message and starts up right away.

I'm thinking that my ability to share/save screenshots is dependent upon which "version" of the game I launch; for example, if I launch the "version" of the game that tells me I'm too early, I think that it won't save the screens because the system thinks
I'm still under embargo.

I've actually tested this theory out and it doesn't hold up. But I thought it was worth mentioning anyway.

Xbox One Screenshots won't share or save.

Same here. I have Xbox gold but some of my videos and screenshots won't save. If I can't save, I can't share.

Some games do have limits as to what screenshots or footage that can be recorded or shared, as specified by the developer. This is to prevent some spoilers from being posted.
