    I can't save my home xbox on my account. I get a message saying something went wrong we were unable to save changes, please can you help!

    Can't Save Changes When Switching Home Xbox

    I let my friend get on my account, on his xbox, so he could change the home xbox of my account so he could have more games. Now, he can't play any of my games, and when I try to get on my account and make my xbox the home xbox again, it says, "Couldn't save
    your changes"

    Can't set home xbox

    I can not set my Xbox as my profiles home xbox and I have 4 changes left. It keeps saying can't save changes

    Can't save my home xbox on my account?

    I have just updated my console in the hope that it would fix the issue. Not sure why it didn't update automatically as i have that option selected. Anyway the update hasn't solved the issue, it now tells me to enter the followin error code into xbox.com/errorhelp.

    Once i entered the code, i was told rhat no support exsists for this error code. This is becoming extremely frustrating! I would like to save my console as my home xbox so my family can play the games which i have downloaded.

    Could you please help fix this situation?

    Home Console: "Can't save changes" problem

    Me and my friend got set our accounts as home consoles for some time(it all worked well). The error appeard when i deleted his account on my xbox as home console and wanted to change for anothers friend account.Now I can't set any account on my xbox as
    home console and my friend can't delete my account from home console on his xbox . Messed up :)

    If you've switched your home Xbox 3 times there's probably nothing you can do. If you haven't, you could try calling MS and asking one of the well informed support people. (who may just ask you to post here)

    Hmm.. That could be the case, though, my Home Xbox was set to that account previously, but out of nowhere my Home Xbox for that account just stopped working. I only noticed this because my DLC stopped working for my games. I know for a fact that I did not
    switch it afterwards. At one point, the account was set to my home Xbox, the next day, it wasn't.

    You can't transfer items among accounts and that goes for game saves and achievements. The only way to share is through xbox home account.
