Can't 'save' clips from one specific game (Forza 6)

Hi guys,

My Forza Motorsport 6's screenshots don't save, and when i try to save them by the menù "upload" appear a message that say: "No clips saved. Try again" instead Forza Horizon 2's screenshots are ok! help me please.

To clarify, with this specific promotion, did you play Forza 6 using this account that you are posting from, or perhaps a different one? If you used a different one to play the game you'll want to post using that account so that we can take a closer look
into that specific account.

You can't save the clip out yourself, however your friend could save it to OneDrive from Upload Studio and share it with you that way.

I apologize for the trouble but Microsoft does not have an option to delete or manage our account or console settings especially game clips that was saved locally. There is a possibility that it was not successfully saved or there are changes that was made wherein deleted the clips.

I would recommend setting up your external hard drive again to be used specifically in saving captures that you have made. For your reference, you can check this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/...

Record every little thing? My system doesn't save clips unless I specifically tell it to. I have noticed that Dead Rising 3 has a feature in game that records after you complete one of the challenges, but other than that I haven't seen anything similar to
your issue.

Are you sure you're not just editting/saving a clip? When you edit and save that clip, it stores both the temporary one you editted and the new one you just saved. So if I trim a clip, it saves the newly trimmed one, but also keeps the old, untrimmed clip.

When you go to the Upload app, have you tried navigating to the right? There's a tab labeled
Clips From Friends and Friends with New Clips. Beyond what you see there, if you look at the bottom, it'll show an ellipsis [...] to show more results for you.
