    Can’t save changes to privacy settings


    I’ve tried changing my privacy settings due to them causing me issues with streaming, saving captures and online multi player in some cases but when I change them after clicking submit they change back after the page re-loads. I’ve tried this over and over again but nothing seems to be working. When I select ‘allow’ after clicking submit and the page reloading it changes it back to ‘block’ basically. Anyone know how to fix this or what might be going wrong? Thanks In advance

    You will need to try opening this link account.xbox.com in a different browser or device if possible. We have read that there were some gamers who couldn't open the page on Safari (we don't know why), so if that's what you have tried we suggest you try on another browser.

    Privacy setting will not save.

    The save does not work when i set it to the defaults of child, teen, adult, etc. If I select teen and save and exit, when I return the settings are set to custom as if the save did not take effect.
