Ok but they keep my purchase history even if i stop and i don't resubscribe for a while?

Are you claiming the code is expired, or your account expired? You can check
https://billing.microsoft.com for more info on your account, or if you have a passed-due balance.

 

Could you provide us with the error message ? And is this on console or on the MS website ?

Renewing a Subscription

In the case that you are unable to renew a subscription, it is recommended to remove the card/payment method you are wanting to use and then re-adding it. In the case that it is still not working, contact your financial institution for more information on
to why your purchase is not being authorized. It could possibly be that they're blocking the purchase.

I recommend to contact a live agent to check your account status.

with a live agent.

Should the gold be fine I also recommend to remove the account and re-add the account
