    Cant Request XBOX Controller Replacement


    Hello,

    I've been trying to request a replacement XBOX controller for the past couple weeks, but the page breaks after I enter the serial number on every browser and device I've tried. The error message

    login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect

    is displayed on screen. Does anybody have a fix?
