    Unable to send console for repair

    When I make a repair request at the end I am greeted with a mostly-blank page displaying a message in red text that reads: "An error occurred. Please try again. An error occurred. Please try again."

    I've tried multiple times over a 5 day period. It won't work.

    I've also tried with multiple accounts, all which had Xbox Live.

    I've also tried with 4 different browsers.

    Issues starting a service request or register a device, getting "An error occurred.."

    When I go to
    https://myservice.xbox.com/en-US/pages/welcome.aspx

    and try to register my device and start a service request, I get:

    An error occurred. Please try again.

    Can you guys please fix?

    Hi there,

    if something like this is happening try to clear the cache and cookies on the browser or try a different browser or device, if that also fails I suggest to contact Xbox Support, they should also be able to set up a repair request for you.

    Three red flashing lights.

    I am trying to submit my 360 for repair but all I get is an error no matter what I click on. It costs $20 more to submit it over the phone but I can't do it on the website due to the error. What can I do? I'd rather pay $99 than $119 but if the site is broken
    it's not my fault.

    It says -

    'Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time.

    you get the message at varying times in the process or if you try to do an advance exchange.

    These forums are just as crap as the Xbox One.
