Cant report offensive voice message

As the title says i cannot report any offensive messages people send me this dude is a racist when i click A on the voice message it just plays and pauses i cannot report it

there should be a button labelled "More" underneath the message.

click that and the option to report should be in there.

once you have reported the player you should block him and forget about him. but don't reply to his message.

That button your talking about doesnt exist. Ive checked other msgs from other players to see if it pops up and it doesnt so i cant report the rasist voice messages

I would suggest reporting the offenders.

The only way to report this to the Enforcement Team is to report the bad conduct from your console. None of us here can contact the Enforcement Team, they only take reports filed from the console as they don't accept hearsay. For instructions, go to support.xbox.com/support
to search on Report Offensive Behavior or

1.Press the Guide button and select Friends.

2.Scroll right to Players, then select the user.

3.From a game lobby: Select the user.

4.Select View Profile.

5.Select File Complaint.

6.Review the information here and when you’re ready, select File Complaint again.

7.Select one of the following reasons for filing the complaint: Text Message, Voice Message, Voice Chat In-Game Voice, or others that may apply to the issue.

You may also block the offenders from sending you any further messages by selecting an offensive message and blocking them.

When you signed up to xbox live you signed the service agreement which consists of the terms of use. Rules apply to everyone and the suspensions are designed to deter people from committing the same offenses again. You are able to receive a suspension
for voice communication if enough people report you as the enforcement team will look into the complaints. Communication suspensions are also given for offensive messages so there is a good chance you wrote something offensive in a message that you didn’t
believe was offensive but the person who received it believed it was.
