    Can't Renew my Xbox live!


    Sorry if this is posted in the wrong plce but I'm having trouble renewing my membership I used a prepaid card and it wouldn't take and I tried a credit card and that didn't work,I called the bank just to make sure it was all good with online banking and
    it was and told me of trying to purchase from Microsoft.Also this number came up 80153021 so I went into the support and did everything clearing out the cache,new card,check billing info,all that jazz still nothing I even signed in and out like they said and
    no dice.i normally don't download a lot only a free game or DLC but mainly just when I have to renew my membership but now I'm locked out !!!!

    lastly it said wait 24 to 48 hrs (my online membership will be over by than grrr)

    so anyone got any ideas to help a brother out? If ya do I'll wash your car or clean your house!serioulsy though any help would be great

    I can't renew my xbox live. I haven't payed it. and I'm trying to renew it. its in a renew after 1 month setting and i can't turn off auto renewal now becuase of a unpayed balance. I'm tryna get 3 months right now. so it won't randomly shut down my xbox
    live access.
