Can't renew my gold status

So, i tried to renew my gold status today , but every time it just gives me an error. Trying to buy 1 month renew option with my credit card but....

I even asked my buddy to share his card info and try this out with his card. But it did't work out either.

My gold exp. on friday what the hell am i supposed to do?

You're saying you can't add gold, have you looked at this?

Also, if you were banned you wouldn't be able to use your current profile, you can't play online due to your current account status *AKA silver Status= Minimal Features*
