    Can’t renew live due to code


    okay. So i keep Trying to renew live on my account and it pops Up error code 80182300 and won’t let me renew my account or play online sayin “this account is not allowed on live” but when i sign Into my brothers account it lets me go to renew the account.
    I dont Know if my account was hacked or whatever its Called but idk how to make it let me Renew and play.

    Well im having trouble trying to redeem my xbox live and i used a card but its past due and i cant remove it or turn off auto renew so i cant use the code my local game store gave me

    Cancel lapsed subscription

    If you have overdue charges you need to pay them before you can use a new xbox live gold code.
    It was set to auto-renew but couldnt due to the expired card. How are are there any overdue charges as it couldnt renew the subscription.

    Can't connect to Xbox Live on Xbox 360

    I have a similar issue with my 360 slim; though I get a different error code, and another user does too. My live subscription doesn’t renew until February, so can’t be that. I didn’t change passwords recently, so definitely not that either. Any other ideas?

    Game pass past due.

    Hey there

    The 14 day trail would renew and be taken from the card on file. You can check and cancel anytime account.microsoft.com/services

    When that renews if the payment fails for what ever reason that then becomes a past due sub in this case gamepass. Unforutally past dues can't be cleared using a prepaid 5x5 code. You would need too clear using a card then you can redeem the code
