    Cant Renew GamePass Ultimate


    This just happened recently, I cant launch any game pass games or games with multiplayer, even non Game pass games. I just keep getting directed to the store (xbox and PC) to buy Gamepass. If I try to buy it, I get the "well something went wrong on our end"
    message followed by some random code and the date.

    When check my sub status, my last payment was on Nov 17, but it reads that my next one comes out on the same day.. okay. Tried cancelling and renewing only to get the same message. Ive been all over the support page and cant get past the completely UN-helpful
    virtual assistant, cant get a live chat and I dont see a phone number anywhere. Anyone else have this issue lately? Possible fixes? NEED MY GAMING FIX DANG IT!!

    I have got an active GamePass subscription, that could be the issue. It is due to renew soon. I will attempt to redeem it again after the GamePass subscription has expired. Maybe its time to move to GamePass Ultimate, I cant see myself going without GamePass
    at any point in time.

    I bought a PC Game Pass subscription for 29.99 TL, I upgraded to ultimate after 10 minutes 49.99 TL, the money was withdrawn for 2 separately, will the PC Game Pass fee be refunded?

    They cancel the gamepass so it doesnt renew

    Then you are on the gamepass ultimate rwnewal

    And expect a phone call (Due to the CMA changes)

    Upgrading Xbox live to include Game pass

    By "xbox live" do you mean xbox gold? If you are adding gamepass separately to gold then you might as well just upgrade to the gamepass ultimate. All the current months will convert to gamepass ultimate. Buying them separately will only be a hassle rather than buying them in one package in ultimate. That's also the only way to keep the auto renew date the same is if you upgrade to the ultimate gamepass.

    Hmmm if your son Download from gamepass he cant play GTA any more but you can buy gamepass ultimate. With ultimate you have gamepass as long as they have gold als this for 13$/€ i think.
