can't renew game pass

i try renewing gamepass with debit card it says there was a problem was on there end so i look at the order history and it say it will be renew on 04/14/2020. i stop recurring billing it says i got less then a week left so i order a gamepass code from
walmart and it still saying there was a problem was on there end. it was working fine all through May i was able to play online and download gamepass game and play them i just could not download free gold games

Unfortunately, You can't renew your Xbox Game Pass annually instead of monthly.

For the Microsoft balance if it's not showing up it may mean that it does not match the store region. Make sure that it's the correct currency by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.

By the way, in using the Microsoft balance a back-up payment method is required such as PayPal, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
