CANT REMOVE OR ADD FRIENDS

I am having a very big problem. i cant seem to add or remove friends from/to my friends list! Also, some people on my friends list can not even hear me talk! I have the setting so that I only hear people on my friends list, so I dont know why this is happening!
I really need some help, as I cant even talk to some of the people I talk to in real life and from xbox live. This has been going on for so long! I really need some help!

ps i also did see the service alert, and it currently has nothing to do with the friends from what I can tell.

re-adding your profile to your console to see if that helps at all?

cant add or delete friends HELP !!

i am trying to add one of my friends on xbox but it wont let me add him nor can he add me i have also discovered i cannot remove friends as well... have i clicked a button or something... please anyone have a solution

Sorry to hear about the issues!

Have you tried adding or removing friends through Xbox.com? If not, head over to your
Friends list page and try it through there.

As far as the party chat issues go, it could be related to a NAT issue. Let's begin with our

Xbox 360 Connection Support page and be sure to follow each of the steps.

If the issue persists, post back with your Network Hardware information such as your router/modem info so we can get you back up and running!

Im having the same issue where it shows i can add friends via the smartglass app and on the website but they dont appear on the pending list on both the smartglass app or on the 360 friends list. Please fix this.

 

I can 't add friends, I'm currently at the Xbox.com Profile, I searched my friend's gamertag and clicked add friend, it allowed me to click it but it wont do anything, neither an error message is showing up.
