Can't remove demo?

    Can't remove demo?


    Found this thread while searching for the same problem with the stupid zoo tycoon demo. I cant get it out of my ready to install list. Every other game was hidden with no problems. It wont even let me re-install it to try and uninstall again....

    No thanks to a factory reset.

    There has to be another way

    It would be nice if a Microsoft support member would respond to this tread. It's obviously an issue and needs to be fixed.

    I have been loyal to MS since day one of the original Xbox launch but I am quickly loosing my faith with this generation. I have already had one kinect replaced within months of launch and my controller randomly disconnects for a few moments.

    MS, please get it together.

    Same issue. It's been nearly a year of updates and this title still shows in my list of installed games as greyed out. I cannot remove it or install it.

    At the moment there is no feature to permanently remove it from the list. There was a feature to hide it but since the New Experience update came out, I haven't seen it. Sorry friend!
