    Can't remove demo of Zoo Tycoon


    Hello !

    I install the demo of Zoo Tycoon without problem but i have a icon of the demo who shows a little cloud up right and wheni want install the file nothing is happen.

    And i can't remove the install file, it show me ever this icon, ask me to install it but doesn't make it...

    It looks like it want install it on the cloud but can't it...

    It make me angry !

    I also cannot remove the zoo tycoon demo. I have tried the hard reset but it doesnt fix the problem.

    Can't remove demo?

    I had downloaded the Zoo Tycoon demo about a month or so ago, I was going to clear up some space on my hard drive when I noticed that there were two separate listings for Zoo Tycoon under "Games":

    One said "Zoo Tycoon Demo" and I could play, uninstall etc, which I've now uninstalled.

    Then there is another which I cannot get rid of the tile for, which says "Zoo Tycoon" and under it says "Ready to install" it has a little cloud icon at the top right of the tile, but if I click menu I have no option to uninstall just go to store, so now
    it's permanently stuck, which makes no sense, how can I remove this?

    What's the icon of the game look like? The cover of the game? or does it just say zoo tycoon? When you are in your game menu, go over to the game and press the button right of the center Xbox button. One with the lines. There should be an uninstall option.
    I notice that I have two under my games. Not sure if you delete on if the other will also delete.

    I have the same issue. I'm looking at a factory reset of the console to get rid of it which sounds a bit extreme to get rid of this one icon, but I'm seriously considering it this weekend! I just have to confirm I can get the Xbox Preview Program back
    on the console if I do it.

    But, yeah, just wanted to let you know you are not alone in this issue.

    Old thread, I know, but I too have uninstalled this game and it won't get off my apps list. When I sort my installed apps by size, it isn't even at the bottom of the list, which means something is still there. The icon says "Ready To Install", and if I
    hit the "Hide from List" option, nothing happens. It's always there...

    the zoo tycoon demo is there but impossible to find , I have it and to find it this is what I did , use voice command just say xbox demo's and it will bring up a bunch of demo's and zoo tycoon is among them.
