Cant Remove a follower

I am unable to remove a follower form my list. His name is [Mod Removed] Nothing against the guy, but I dotn like how this system lets someone add
me without my consent. So I remove anyone who does. And for whatever reason I cant remove him. I have blocked him multiple times but he still stays on my followers list. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated. And just for nothing. I REALLY don't like
how this system works on the one.

I don't even know why this is still an issue. I'm having the same problem with 6 followers I DON'T want. I understand that there are people who love this feature and it's the cornerstone of their so called social lives, but not everyone needs or wants this
feature. If it HAS to be there at least give us the ability to block or shut this feature off. Having the choice would be nice. Thanks.

 

I also have that same issue but after two tries i just accepted it

 

The only way to remove him as a follower is to block him.

 

And I also might want add there a glitch at this time with the following system at this time.

I have blocked him. That doesnt remove him from my followers list.

I know that this thread is kind of old and I hope someone sees it.

I am having the same problem as the OP. I have tried removing and blocking a follower through smartglass, xbox.com, and through my console. But, they still persist and appear as a follower.

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
