Cant remove a card

Hi,

Add a payment option

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
3. Select Add a payment option.
4. Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions.

Remove a payment option

Note Payment options used to pay for a subscription can be edited, but they can't be removed until you add a new payment option.

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
3. In the box that contains your current payment option, select Remove.
4. Select Yes, remove to confirm payment option removal.

You should be able to remove all payment option here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

sign in to microsoft account on a browser, go to subscriptions and turn off auto renew, when the sub ends then you can remove payment option.

please tell me how to fix it
