    Can't remember XBox email


    I have multiple accounts but only one I really use for gaming. I got signed out of my account on PC and mobile that had it is no longer accessible. I remember my gamertag (since it is the same one I use everywhere; even with my streaming), but I can't remember my email to be able to log into my gaming account. And sadly I can't access my XBox to check my account that way since it is in storage multiple states away. Is there anything I can do to be able to access my account between now and when I can finally afford to go get my XBox out of storage?

    The account could be saved on the browser, as many times you need to follow some procedures trough it, also you can check for linked services to se if that account appears on them, only way to get the email will be to remember it or find it on any of those options

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to recover an account.

    I recommend you take a look at the article that covers
    how to find you Microsoft account email    , as it provide servreal diffrent methods for you to be able to attempt to recover your account.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Since this thread is almost 4 years old, please be sure to post a new thread if you need assistance.

    If you are logged into an Xbox 360 console, you should be able to see your main email address there. If not, I would try to continue working with phone support on the issue.

    I had to do a factory reset for my xbox 1 afterwards it asked me for my email add...so I gave them my comcast.net address, but it said password didnt' work, so I reset it, next thing you know, it creates a brand new gamertag, I'm like, what? Then all xbox
    said was they needed the email address to send me a verification code, but Jesus, I haven't seen that thing in over a decade, I think I used it once to set up with microsoft, and I'm like if I don't recall the email address, how do I know to go there for a
