    I seemed to have forgetting the security 4 digit pass code to get onto my account on Xbox, how can I bypass in to remove it?

    4 digit password?!

    I can't remember my 4 digit password to connect to Xbox live, it will sign in automatically offline but to go online I'm required to type in a 4 digit pass code, and I cannot remember it, how can I resolve this?! Help asap!

    xbox live connection problem

    My xbox tries to connect to xbox live, no issue with connecting - issue is with the 4 digit passcode required.

    I have forgotten my 4 digit pass-code and i am unable to get a connection happening due to this.

    Can anyone advise on how to reset the pass-code

    Are you on a xbox one or 360?

    with an xbox one if you put in the passkey wrong 3 times it will ask for you password and once you put that in you should be able to reset the passkey.

    on the xbox 360 you have the family passcode which if you forgot that one then you would need to contact xbox support at 1800 4 myxbox in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support to chat with someone who will walk you through getting the
    family passcode reset.

    Are you on a xbox one or 360?

    The error code was a 6 digit one, it has resorted to just disc unreadable now, the code last 4 digits were 80-00 can't remember the first 2 (eg. xx-80-00)

    Is it a parental password that you have to enter or is it a 4 digit pass code that shows up on the console ?

    If its the password you will be to speak to the parent of the email account.

    If its the 4 digit console pass code then you will need to contact Xbox support
