    Can't remember old account


    hey! I haven't used Xbox live in ages, and can't remmeber the email or password I used for my old Xbox live account, how could I recover this lost account? I know the accounts name, haven't used it since 2012 I believe lol! Thanks!Can't remember old account :)

    Can't remember Email Account!

    Okay my main xbox live account got suspended about 20 minutes ago (no clue why) and it told me to go check my windows live for more details. Well the problem is I haven't looked at what my email account is under that xbox live account so I can't figure out
    why i'm suspended. I know what the password is just need to know the email address. Any suggestions on how to find out my email account?

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Since this thread is almost 4 years old, please be sure to post a new thread if you need assistance.

    If you are logged into an Xbox 360 console, you should be able to see your main email address there. If not, I would try to continue working with phone support on the issue.

    Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

    1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

    2. Click on Sign in

    3. Choose sign in options

    4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

    The only way to get them back without repaying is to sign into your old account and redownload them. Can you not remember the log in information or is there another reason you can't sign into the account?
