    i would like to remove the family settings on my xbox 360 but don't know the code or back up question to reset it

    Locked out of family settings.

    I can't remember what the code or the password is to access the family settings, and that I need to restart factory default. What's the code for my xbox 360?

    Side question: will this remove anything downloaded, such as games and dlc? If so, will I be able to get them back?

    Hi there FoxeyMage2! In regards with the family passcode on your Xbox 360 console, it would be great if you can contact Xbox Support directly as they will give you the reset passcode for your Xbox 360 console. You just need to register your console on this

    if you want to reset the family passcode then you will need to contact Xbox Support.

    They will need to do something at their end and after that they will guide you through the process of resetting the family passcode.
