Can't reliably connect to Xbox live on Xbox On

I'll try to keep this short and simple. My xbox about a week and a half ago suddenly stopped reliably connecting to Live. It will allow me to login (sometimes) and others won't, give an error 0x87DD0017 . When I can log in my friends list will sync
and update, then I go back and friends/activities won't update or even load at all. When trying to play games online it says I'm not connected to an xbox account. Network and multiplayer test come back just fine, NAT is open and says all services available.
I've already performed ALL the troubleshooting listed on the site as well as those made by support.

Sometimes I am able to connect and use xbox just fine for maybe an hour, then issue starts occuring again. This is rare, but it does work occasionally

Things I've tried and their results:

-tried at friends house, connects fine (so its a network issue at my house)

-Connected directly to modem, works fine

-Bought new router, still doesn't work (so its not the router since I get the same issue with both)

-Tried different modem incase it was a modem not properly address Xbox through routher, didn't work

-Set-up static IP and DNS, port forwarded ports listed by xbox , still doesn't work

-Removed ALL firewalls and put Xbox in DMZ on router, and still getting issues. STILL doesn't work

-Tried new cables between everything, still doesn't work

-Performed full system restore of xbox, still doesn't work

-performed offline update of OS of xbox, still doesn't work

-set xbox to fully shut-off and on because some people have said it may not be updating the UPnP, still doesn't work

What bugs me so much about this is the occasional time when it works for maybe and hour or two, then without making any changes, the problem comes back. I've replaced everything and to be having the exact same issue tells me its not a hardware issue
and as you can see I've exhausted about all my options to solve this. Microsoft just says its comcast, comast says its microsoft, and my router manufacturer (linksys for one, netgear for the oter), says its someone else. Any ideas from anyone? A support
person maybe (and no I don't think my xbox needs sent it, it works fine else where so don't suggest this please.... I've heard that way too much). I would love to know atleast what that error code means, maybe I could solve it. But no support person I've
chatted with can tell me what 0x87DD0017 even means.

can't connect xbox live on main xbox,bought new xbox can't connect but now connect on old one or friends xbox!!!!!!!????????????

please help. i can connect to internet all the time but not to xbox live, only every 2 or 3 days or so. I can connect under my profile on my friends xbox anytime on my internet. we replaced router and i bought new xbox thinking something wrong with
my xbox slim. I got on xbox and transferrred license to new xbox. Now i can't get on xbox live reliably with new xbox, but i can get on anytime i want on my old one which didn't work well before. I can't connect even under different profile on new xbox.
It seems whatever xbox is my main licensed xbox it won't work, but it will on any other console. what is wrong?????

While the Xbox One console is region free, it does require a day One update from Xbox Live and all other system updates will need to be retrieved the same way. As your region is not currently a Live supported region, we cannot guarantee that you will be able
to reliably connect to Xbox Live if you can connect at all.

 

I was also receiving this problem when trying to sign in. Go to internet explorer and try signing in from there. What's weird is 50% of the time I sign in fine, the other 50% I have to go to another app Netflix or I.E. some app that required Gold Membership
and sign in through there if this doesn't work it might be a corrupted hardware component and you might also want to talk to the Xbox Customer Support as they are extremely helpful.

 

I've been receiving the same error for about a 2 week now. This is so *** ridiculous, how many people have to complain about this before they recognize it as a problem? All this thing does now is connect to my cable. So I spent $500 to just watch cable though
this thing... WTF

 

I am having this problem as well. Stupid
