    Can't register Xbox one


    Hi, I'm trying to register my Xbox one so I can start warranty process with my controller, however I'm being given this error by Microsoft's service center website: Unable to register a device. Ineligible for registration.



    How do I resolve this? Is there a number I can call to register my Xbox one?

    Hello Cory Prime,

    Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.

    Good day. I am trying to register for X-Box Live Rewards program. I am in Canada so I keep getting a message that the program is switching to Microsoft Rewards at the end of the month and directs me to the Microsoft awards page — which doesn't exist for
    Canadian users as of yet.

    This is essentially an endless loop that results in no way to register for the program.

    Any suggestions or aid you can provide me with would be helpful.

    The support team should be able to help you with your problem.

    Is it an original Microsoft product? I doubt that registering a controller would take time.

    I say, you consider talking to one of Microsoft's support team to provide some evidence, maybe through Live Chat?
