    Can't register XBOX one controller.


    Hello, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices i am going to this link and trying to register my controller but everytime i get "We’re sorry. We are unable to process your request online at this
    time. Please contact Microsoft Support for assistance". What i am doing wrong?
    Another thing my controller has letters and numbers and in serial number part i can only write numbers.

    Is it an original Microsoft product? I doubt that registering a controller would take time.

    I say, you consider talking to one of Microsoft's support team to provide some evidence, maybe through Live Chat?
