cant register xbox one controller i made from xbox design lab?

I dont think you can register them. I found this

I think you have the standard warranty if anything happens

it shipped from china and i did not add any mods

Where did the controller ship from? Did you add any mods to it? I couldnt register mine even though i ordered it through design labs. It shipped from scuff and I had to go by there warrenty process.
