Can't register for Xcloud regardless of device, browser, network...

Well no xcloud is only available ivia browser in xcloud regions

If you aren't in a supported region. The browser won't work regardless

If you are trying to use a vpn to bypass the region that won't work either and causes your issue due to region locks

It is supported but just not in the way you think

Xcloud is only subscription perk

And since home console is only a console feature only the subscriber and roam on other devices

This is regardless of console

You can use local installs anywhere on a home console but as mentioned xcloud requires roaming which only the subscriber can do

Official Xbox Insiders Reddit page, as they are directly supporting XCloud. If you haven't already, please explain the issue on that link, as well as all troubleshooting steps you have already attempted. Include all devices and browsers that you have attempted
to register on.

Make sure your device is using the 5.0ghz network. Xcloud is currently only designed to work on that network. It should work on the 2.4ghz network either at official launch or sometime after.
