    hi

    I am trying to register my console so that I can get a replacement power pack - current one developed a fault. But I cannot register as the online registration will not accept my phone numbers(s) - just says invalid and of course can't get hold of anyone
    in support via live chat etc.

    if anyone has any useful suggestions would be grateful as annoyed at having waste so much time on a simple thing !

    Can't Register

    Hello Cory Prime,

    Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.

    Good day. I am trying to register for X-Box Live Rewards program. I am in Canada so I keep getting a message that the program is switching to Microsoft Rewards at the end of the month and directs me to the Microsoft awards page — which doesn't exist for
    Canadian users as of yet.

    This is essentially an endless loop that results in no way to register for the program.

    Any suggestions or aid you can provide me with would be helpful.

    I'm having the exact same problem registering the xbox one and would be grateful for any advice. I've tried putting the telephone number in different formats. Both a landline number and a mobile with no success.

    I can't even get into the registration page, it asks for me to log in and when I do it says that they are having a problem or somthing like that.

    after many test I found problem, you can use 9 digit's some country's have only 8, insert 0 on last number!.

    Help canceling Xbox One preview

    If your console is registered to Preview under someone else's Microsoft account, then you can't do anything without any outsider support.

    This is the situation I'm in at the moment - the previous owner of my xbox signed up for Preview and now I'm locked out of managing Preview on my console.

    Once a console is registered for Preview with one account, it can't be re-registered to a second account.

    I'm awaiting support from Microsoft to get my console un-registered. If I get anywhere, I'll let you know.
