best way to deal with it is go through the support website for your country: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us Then under the virtual agent select "see other
options" select a topic, then select "show contact options" and request a callback

But in any case, you should try contacting MS support.

We cannot register an accessory like the Elite controller. Only an Xbox console

Hi, i've followed the link you shared, and thank you for your answer.

But when I fill the questions, the survey sends me to another page, and it was the one that I wanted to register my controller elite to check the warranty and the replacement solutioons. And there's still the sentence saying that they can't process my request

If you're looking into setting up a repair order sign in at Device Support and then select
Register new device. After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device. If it’s within warranty, repairs are free.

After you’ve registered your devices, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the
   Device repair page with your Microsoft account credentials.
2. In the Overview section of the Device repair page, select
   Repair my device.
3. Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.
