Can't refund minecraft

    Can't refund minecraft


    So I bought Minecraft just to play with some friends, but now I can't install it. I tried requesting a refund, but the "request refund" option wasn't there when I tried. I've contacted customer support but to no avail. I just want my money back.

    If official Customer Support can't help you, noone on this forum can, because here you can find Ambassador, MVP, MODs and other normal user, but no Customer Support user.

    If you are not eligible for a refund, why don't try to fix the "can't install" issue? Do you want share with us what's the problem? Do you have an error code?

    Xbox support will offer refunds on Marketplace purchases (not just Minecraft) on a case-by-case basis.

    In the case of the Minecraft refunds. They are only offering that refund to people who do not have a HDTV, who purchased Minecraft before the 11th of May. That was the date they changed the game's description on Xbox Live. Give support a call.

    And you got refused a refund? How long did you leave between purchase and refund request? And you don't have access to the subscribed realm?

    I would maybe try get a call back from Xbox support regarding refund of one of the subs, but if you can't access a subscription that Has went through, is be back to minecraft support hassling them for help to access it
