Can’t refund game pass core

I understand your concern. It won't show up in xbox.com/refund because it is a subscription.

To request a refund go here xbox.com/refund. As for Game Pass. If you purchased Xbox Game Pass, then you would still need Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game online, being as it is a multiplayer game.

You would have to cancel the Core subscription (and refund if available) and then purchase PC Game Pass.

No. It wouldn't convert like that. You'd either just have to buy PC Game Pass separately, convert to Game Pass Ultimate in order to have both, or try to cancel and refund the Core subscription and then buy PC Game Pass.

Same!!! This is bs that I can’t play online when everything was fine with xbox gold and game pass how it was before. I bought core and it has been working in and out, hope they fix this ASAP
