    Can't refund a game I can't play


    I recently bought dead island 2 and played through the first set of missions with a few bugs but nothing serious, but after awhile I ran into freezing crashing and desync on online, to the point where I can't even play, I have 3 hours of play time but I got denied a refund is there any way I could get one?

    If you got an email that says you got declined for the refund request, the best option that I can recommend here is to reply to the email and make an appeal to your request. You will need to explain to them the reason why you want to get a refund and why you should be eligible for it.

    Unfortunately it just says can't refund because it has playtime, I feel like I should be entitled to one, is there any other way ?

    If you got an email about it, the best option would be to make an appeal to your request by replying to the email. Please explain to them the reason why you should get a refund and why you should be eligible for it.

    If the problem can't be solved, can I get a refund? Although I like this game very much, I can't accept that it can't be played. I don't want to waste my money.
