    Cant Reedeem a 12 months Xbox Live Membership! :/


    I just got back from Gamestop & bought a 12 month Live gold memebership, & my membership expire tomo arrow, i have try a few times & it keeps saying "Something went wrong". Is it cause •Purchase and Content Usage is having issues??

    I had a problem with this before also. Even though that message pope up it still might have gone through. Sign into xbox.com and click on my account under your gamertag. The next page will display your Xbox Live membership on the right hand side. See if
    the date changed. If it didn't then I would call phone support and give them that code and they can correct it for you.

    They told me is cause i have an active subcription, that i have to wait till it expire (Tomorrow) so i can reedem the code...

    Your allowed to stack up to 36 months on your account. I don't know why they told you that. I never let my membership expire before I renewed it again. Did you check your account to see if it went through even though you received the error message?

    Yeah i checked, i even try to reedem on Xbox.com, but my membership expired today & i just put the code & it did work, so yeah i guess ihave to wait for my memebership to expire again so i can renew it, but thanks for your help
