Can't redownload profile?

Hey guys, so I got a really big problem with my account on the 360... It kept disconnecting me from Xbox live when I signed in so i followed some tips to 1.delete my profile 2. Clear cache 3. Redone load the profile. I cant redownload my profile...

Can't redownload game I've purchased

The game does not show up on my download history on the console. I've checked the game on the website and it's even more money to play it than it is on the console. If I can't get the game back I would at least like the $10 or so that I bought it for as
Xbox credit on my account.

It's possible you might have downloaded it using another account. Do you see the game as "owned" if you check the Xbox.com store page

Haha hey guys if anyone sees this follow those steps, mine redownloaded as I posted this, it will say sorry can't download xbox profiles at this time, wait 30 secs and try again and keep doing that and itll redownload. Be patient it could take a while ....

What exactly happens when you try and download your profile?

- Does it show an error message or code?

What is the result of running the network test on the console?

I think if it doesn't work then delete the profiles, clear the system cache then redownload the profiles.

I can't remember for sure if it well let you clear the cache before redownloading the profiles.
redownload the profiles then clear the system cache.
