Can't redownload my account on Xbox 360.

So, my first problem was being unable to connect to XBL on 360, found out the answer and went through the steps of deleting my profile from storage and clearing my system cache 3 times, now I'm unable to redownload my profile with the consistent error "800704CD"
coming up and the text "Some Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. However I can sign in to my Xbox One with no problems. Please help it has been an ongoing problem for weeks now.

license transfer question

I got my kids a 360 for their birthday. Over the years I've downloaded several games for them with my account. I hit license transfer and to put them on theirs not thinking it through. Will the others still be licensed to mineif I connect to live? When exactly does Xbox live change it when you select the transfer and the redownload just lets the 360 know, or does the redownload itself change it?

You can't copy your profile to multiple hard drives. If needed, you would have to redownload your account each time you swap the drive. Clearing my xbox 360 storage didn't help. Before I at least had my profile downloaded. Now I can't even redownload it.

Are you sharing a Gold membership from someone else? Gold memberships do not transfer from the Xbox One to Xbox 360 online play. In order to play BC games on the Xbox One you would still need to have your own Gold membership.

If you do have your own Gold membership then perhaps your account has been corrupted. Follow the instructions at the video link below to delete and redownload your gamertag from the BC menu.

I can't redownload my account when the BC 360 dashboard says can't connect to Xbox live. Also, yes gold share does apply to 360 games
