Can't redownload games with gold game

It sounds like you're either dealing with Xbox Live gold issue or your account lost the license towards AC3. You'll have to ask Microsoft support to investigate and see if they can find the cause of the missing game.

Do you still have an active gold subscription?

I would honestly recommend contacting XBOX Support directly and tell them the issue you are having... I do want to say make sure you are on the account you originally downloaded the game on because it may not show up in the ‘Ready to install’ under the ‘My
games & apps’ on the XBOX dashboard.

was provided by our Ambassadors. As mentioned, there could be an issue with the account itself or the gold subscription. on our

Gams with Gold page the following is mentioned: "active Gold membership required to play free games. On Xbox One, active Gold membership required to play free games you’ve redeemed".
Normally when there is a past due balance for a Subscription, network connection issues or a glitch with the account occurs. When your Xbox
subscription is suspended due to a
past
due balance, you must pay the balance in full to continue using it. Also, make sure it is the correct account that is signed in. It would show the game under the
ready to install. I would recommend trying to
remove and re-add your account,
too.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

What type of message do you get when you try to reinstall it? Is there an error code or anything?
