    Can't redownload a game I previously owned


    Hi downloaded xenoverse 2 off Xbox gold 6 months back I want to redownload but it says I have to pay for it now I thought I owned the game once ive downloaded it to my console any other game I've downloaded from gold let's me reinstall any thoughts as to
    why this particular game doesn't show up on my download list or previously owned list

    Being charged for what should be free.

    Cannot download So Many Me, a Free with Gold Games, even though I have the license. I cannot redownload it with my account without purchasing it again. Even when I go on the Xbox site it tells me "already purchased," and I can't redownload it despite it
    not being available for download in my games and apps. Went through a whole support phone call with all the standard steps (deleting account, redownloading it, searching the game on the marketplace, etc.) - before I click on the game it says "owned" but afterwards
    tells me to pay $14.99+ for it. I don't want to purchase a game that I have already purchased, especially when I know I owned it since I deleted it off my hard drive previously... Please help ASAP regarding this issue.

    That game has not been a Games with Gold Game. There was a free play weekend back in March so you may have downloaded it during that weekend, but in order to keep playing it you will have to purchase it.

    You probably mistaken the free play days with games with gold. If you are sure your purchased that game you can go to your settings, under account click on Payment and billing. Then click on order history. This will load a microsoft edge page and will show
    you your purchase history.

    You probably mistaken the free play days with games with gold. If you are sure your purchased that game you can go to your settings, under account click on Payment and billing. Then click on order history. This will load a microsoft edge page and will show

    You should be able to find them listed in your history on the Store no? ALl the games I have bought are listed there, including all the DLCs...admittedly my history only stretches back just ove r ayear though
