Can't Redeem

    Can't Redeem


    I just purchased a xbox one s that came with nba 2k19 and the redeem bar wont pop up on my xbox for some reason all it does is go to the load screen with the green circle and it just spins and spins and spins but wont let me see the redeem bar so i can put
    my code in and i dont know what to do

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to a large amount of users claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. Our web tam is currently working on resolving this issue. We hope to have this issue resolved shortly.

    thread     and created a new thread for you since the topic was slightly unrelated. This way we can tailor our support specifically to you.

    It seems that the Xbox may have experienced some corrupted data during the initial set up but we can try some steps to clear that up.

    First thing we should try is a complete
    power cycle     to clear data cache and reset the power unit. Here is how:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 minutes.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
    Give that a try and let us know if it helped!

    You can't. Once it's been redeemed, it can't be redeemed by any other accounts or transferred to another account.

    How do i reedeem my 24 months of gamepass on a different account if the original one is locked? (It came with the console)

    If the 24 months was already redeemed, it can't be redeemed on another account.
