    Even if a code doesn't work, you should not post it on the forums. These are public so anyone can take them. You should also not post your public information, like email.

    If the codes is from an Xbox rewards program offer, then rewards support will assist you here. Otherwise, it depends on what the code is from as to where you should go to get help.

    Was this a code from the Xbox Live Rewards program? If it was, can you identify what the code was supposed to be for? We see that your account had a claim for a War for the Planet of the Apes prize. Was this an attempt to redeem that prize?
