    Can't redeem


    Hello i bought an xbox one and came with 4 games i redeemed the first code and it downloaded successfully but when i try to redeem the other three it says "Something went wrong. Sorry about that. Please try again later"

    BTW i'm from Saudi Arabia and my location settings are put to Saudi Arabia and i bought the xbox one from Saudi Arabia.

    What should i do ? Please help me

    You can't. Once it's been redeemed, it can't be redeemed by any other accounts or transferred to another account.

    thread     and created a new thread for you since the topic was slightly unrelated. This way we can tailor our support specifically to you.

    It seems that the Xbox may have experienced some corrupted data during the initial set up but we can try some steps to clear that up.

    First thing we should try is a complete
    power cycle     to clear data cache and reset the power unit. Here is how:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 minutes.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
    Give that a try and let us know if it helped!

    If the 24 months was already redeemed, it can't be redeemed on another account.
