    Hi,

    Just purchased 12 months Xboxlive Gold subscription online. Received my code via email to then redeem. Tried redeeming on both the online method and also on the Xbox itself.

    Get the following error code when trying to redeem online

    XBOS-3013

    f23d814f-d955-4c7e-84b7-83754e285121

    Could not redeem on Xbox itself. said try later problem their end. Tried several times and no joy.

    Please can you help as I've purchased this and can't use it.

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Error redeeming XBoxLive digital code - 'Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred'.

    Purchased a 6 month Digital code for XBoxLive this morning direct from Microsoft. I cannot redeem this on either Console or Win10 PC.

    Error is:

    Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later.

    My XBox Live account currently has 5 months remaining. I have no outstanding payments to Microsoft either.

    Anyone any suggestions please?

    Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
    both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Are you getting an error message when you try to redeem? If so, please post back with the error code that you received so we can further assist. Error codes will look similar to either XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.
