    Can't redeem xbox live code


    I can't redeem my xbox live code I keep getting this message "something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help". I have tried to redeem the code on my console, on the website and the xbox app.

    You can redeem it on steam.

    You can't redeem a steam code on the xbox/microsoft store platform. You MUST buy it digitally on the microsoft store to use it on xbox live/windows live.

    Also if he doesnt live in an xbox live region or not the same region as you
