    Hey guys, I just bought a 12-month pre-paid card for the Xbox Live and I put on the 25 digit code and this error just pops up every time I try to redeem the card:

    Xbos-0x8016A04B
    ed9e05f7-721e-4e0d-b024-87fdce7ba2ab

    Hi, my son recently purchased a physical copy of xbox live gold one month and tried to redeem it on his xbox one and it came up with the error message saying: Something went wrong and in the bottom corner the error code was:

    Xbos-0x8016A04B
    e17070af-b643-4306-95e3-730427d6c653
    I also tried redeeming it on xbox.com and it came up with the same message.
    I'd appreciate any help on this.
