    Can't redeem Xbox gold code :(


    I'm trying to redeem a code for a 14 day trial of Xbox gold since my gold ran out today. The code is brand new, came with a new Xbox I bought last week. When I go to enter the code, it says code has expired. I have tried entering it online, on the app, and
    thru the console. There has to be something going on, the Xbox I bought was brand new from Best buy and sealed. Very frustrating not being able to redeem a code and play Xbox gold services today. The code is valid and should work

    What I think he's referring to is that he redeem code, however you can't play on Xbox Live. Did you redeem the code on Xbox.com? If yes, it takes a few hours for the gold membership to activate on your account
