    Can't redeem Terraria game code Help


    I purchased a digital copy of Terraria for Xbox one, but when I try to redeem the code, I get an error message, "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later." My bank
    and Microsoft account both show the game purchase in my transaction history, but I can't redeem/download it. I've been trying for a couple hours now to get in contact with a support person, with no luck other than, "We're working on it."

    Borderlands 2: Halloween Shift Codes

    These codes do not get entered under " redeem code" on the Xbox dashboard. They get put in while you are playing the game. You go to the main menu -> extras -> shift codes. And enter them there. Hope this helps.
