    Can't redeem Q.U.B.E. 2 on Xbox Live Gold


    Hi,

    I'm still no able to redeem Q.U.B.E. 2 with my Xbox Live Gold but was able to redeem Dragon Age 2 and all previous Xbox Live Gold games and my subscription is still Active.

    Tried it on through the browser and on the Xbox One console but keeps wanting me to pay.

    As Randy mentioned you should check to make sure the Gold subscription is still active or under your name? Are you on your home Xbox? Is all your account info accurate and set properly ?

    Thanks for the response.

    It was my Xbox Live Gold that expired, I thought it was only at the end of Feb 2019

    Just renewed it and free download is working :)

    Have you verified that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is still active on
    the Account site    ? If you have, you'll need to contact
    Xbox Live Support    , which can look at your account details and see what may be wrong.
