Can't redeem prepaid code.

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue when i try to redeem my code. I play Fifa17 and i bought a prepaid xbox live gold card of 12 months to play online, however, when i enter the code and press confirm in order to use the prepaid card, i'm having a message that says that
"there has been a problem, please try again later". I've been trying for a week now, from the xbox and from a browser with no result. Here is the website from where i bought the prepaid card:

I just hope i haven't been robbed. Any help would be much appreciated.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at
http://billing.microsoft.com and after that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode Also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if there is an outstanding amount, if there is that needs to be fulfilled before you can use a prepaid code

If it is still not working properly please use
http://support.xbox.com/error-code-lookup to search for any steps regarding the errorcode you are receiving.

If nothing is found then specify the full actual error message (and errorcode) you are receiving when trying to redeem the prepaid code they can help to determine a possible cause.
