    Can't redeem prepaid code .... again


    I am once again unable to redeem a prepaid code on my Xbox One or Xbox.com.

    This time it's telling me I need to add a payment option to my account, but I already have two payment options, and have made several purchases in the last week or two.

    It's a prepaid code for 12 Months of Xbox Live gold. It recognizes what it is, but when I click "Confirm" the next page just says:

    Add a way to pay to your account
    To redeem this code, we need you to add a payment option to your account.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Pre paid code not working

    I have entered a prepaid code I purchased a 12 month. I have tried to redeem the code says my billing account is locked and gave me an error called microsoft I have no violations against my acount they have no idea what's wrong with my account. Can't redeem
    any code can't make any purchase. Using prepaid. And can't update provacy settings either

    There should be a code included inside the box that had the console. Then you simply redeem the code from the console and the download of the game should start.
